When to use soft low-pressure washing:
The type of wash you use has everything to do with the material to be washed. Most homes have exteriors that run the risk of being 
damaged by very high pressures, and the best practice for washing involves applying a mild (biodegradable) cleaning solution, and then washing with a very soft low pressure. This is the best way to treat wood, vinyl, and even brick to ensure the surface doesn’t incur damage. By using a soft lower pressure, you can prevent potential damage to the exterior of your home.

When to use High-pressure washing:
High-pressure is best reserved for very tough materials like metal or concrete, and most “flat-work” in general. If you have a concrete porch or driveway, high-pressure might be the best option for these surfaces. Very high pressures can strip paint off metal. We always have our technicians test-clean a small portion of your surface first to make sure it’s not corrupting the surface’s appearance.
